Carbon Fiber Tanks (COPB)

Container designed to store gas, such as CNG and H2. These containers are manufactured from a polymeric liner (with metallic connection ports) on which carbon fiber is wound in a sequence designed to withstand the internal pressure that the gas to be contained will exert.

This way of manufacturing the pressure vessel gives it a high specific resistance (resistance Vs weight) compared to a metallic container.
