OUR TRACK RECORD
Since the beginning of our commercial activities in 2007, we have developed exponentially from the participation in space projects promoted by CONAE (National Commission of Space Activities), with the premise of contributing to the strategic positioning of Argentina in space matters, as well as with tools that improve the quality of life of the population, having as pillars of our management the integrity and economic sustainability of the company.

On December 17, from Barrera do Inferno in Natal, Brazil, the VS-30 sounding rocket was launched. This rocket, equipped with an Argentine payload and a Brazilian S-30 rocket, was used to validate in flight a navigation system using gyroscopes, accelerometers and positioning, as well as an attitude control system.

On May 20, Tronator 1B, about 6 meters long, with a thrust of 1.5 tons, was launched. The vehicle obtained a range of 20 kilometers and an apogee of 12 kilometers.

SAC-D was launched into orbit by NASA on June 10, 2011 with a Delta II 7320. The satellite was designed and built in Argentina, including solar panels and instruments by CONAE.
MISSION COMPLETED

On December 6, the Tronador 4000 prototype was launched, but could not be completed due to a failure in the pyrotechnical system for opening the fuel pressurization valves.

Carried out on February 26, it made it possible to check the correct operation of the subsystems that make up the vehicle and the ground systems.

On August 15, the vehicle was launched from the Punta Indio Space Center. It was the first Latin American liquid-fueled vehicle to be launched with navigation, guidance and automatic control.

This vehicle was launched on April 20, allowing for tests of greater complexity in the development path of the Tronador II launcher. The upper part of VEx5A maintained a configuration similar to VEx1B and the lower part incorporated a new 11-ton thrust booster powered by KC-1.

This satellite, which is part of the SIASGE system, was launched on October 7. The objective is to measure soil moisture and applications in emergencies, such as detection of oil spills at sea and monitoring of water coverage during floods.
IN ORBIT

On August 30, 2020, the SAOCOM Constellation, consisting of two identical satellites carrying an L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), will be completed.

tronador ii
SATELLITE LAUNCHER
The Tronador II project is being developed through a series of suborbital, flight-controlled vehicles called TII-70 and TII-150, with the objective of demonstrating the technological maturity of the propulsion, avionics and structural subsystem components needed to meet the requirements of the Tronador II-250 launcher.
VENG is CONAE’s prime contractor for this project.
SABIA-Mar
IN DEVELOPMENT MISSION
SABIA-Mar is the Satellite of Applications Based on Sea Environmental Information, as an Earth Observation mission with priority applications in the study of the sea and coasts, being an important source of data for sea color studies at regional level and a significant contribution at international level.
VENG is developing flight hardware and ground segment software for this mission.
