From VENG we are committed to carry out a responsible and transparent management, promoting the ethical principles of our institution and good conduct. For us, ethics is a fundamental part of decision making and is the guiding principle of our work.
Ethics and integrity —
Therefore, this code aims to serve as a guide for behavior to be consulted and, consequently, have the certainty to act and make decisions in the correct and expected in each area of VENG.
Protocol for receiving complaints —
In order to regulate how to make complaints about breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, VENG established a Protocol for Receiving complaints. Anyone who interacts with VENG, whether dependent of the same, supplier, customer or any interested or affected citizen, will be entitled to report any deviation from the guidelines set out in the Code of Ethics and Conduct or any violation of the ethical standards governing the company.
We guarantee that investigations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Corporate Governance Code —
The Corporate Governance Code aims to maximize the value of the company, promoting an environment of trust, ethics and transparency, ensuring regulatory compliance.
All this, emphasizing the highest commitment of the Board of Directors to carry out a responsible, integral and sustainable business management.
Conflict of Interest Policy—
The objective of VENG’s Conflict of Interest Policy is to establish guidelines for the identification, declaration, management, and monitoring of the conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of the company’s activities.

As a high-tech company, we want to contribute to the sustainable development of the space industry. We aim to avoid, mitigate and remediate the adverse effects of our activities. We face the unique challenge of incorporating sustainability both in the space centers where we operate and in orbit.
We see social responsibility as an essential component of our business strategy, adding value and promoting a sustainable model. This model is based on improving social welfare, environmental preservation and occupational safety. Our aspiration is to extend this approach to our entire value chain.

We seek to promote the sustainable development of our satellites, launchers and infrastructure both in low orbit and at our space centers.
Transición energética
We consider it essential to begin a gradual but safe transition to renewable energies, as well as to work towards energy efficiency and a Best Practices Policy for Building Development.
Space debris mitigation
We are aware of the space debris problem and want to be part of the solution. That is why we aim to adopt international space debris mitigation and remediation initiatives within our reach.
Regulatory compliance
We have established our sustainability premises based on the regulations and best practices stipulated by different national and international organizations.
Beyond this initiative, we want to recognize the work that has been done for years and that has a huge impact on sustainability. This is reflected in the area of Satellite Information Based Services of VENG, which transforms geospatial data, obtained mainly by SAOCOM satellites, into information that helps prevent, monitor, mitigate and evaluate natural or anthropogenic disasters. This constitutes a key tool for decision making.
